ON THE MOVE
A fitness class including cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises for older adults as well as younger participants who are looking for a moderately paced workout.
GENTLE FIT / FITNESS FOR BREATH
Land and water options for those living with limited mobility or chronic conditions. Classes include functional exercises to help make day to day activities easier.
T.I.M.E (Included in membership, Non Member fee $50 for 12 weeks)
TIME – Together in Movement and Exercise. If you live with mobility challenges due to stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s, MS or other conditions, T.I.M.E can help you improve your: Fitness, balance, confidence and energy.
