Youth 13+ can participate in all Adult Fitness Classes and Exercise areas.  We strongly recommend our complimentary Wellness Coaching service to get you started.

Drop in Fitness Programs for Youth and Teens

DROP IN VOLLEYBALL (13+ YRS)
Youth and teens can practice volleyball skills, spiking, passing, ball handling and game play.

DROP IN BASKETBALL (13+ YRS)
Learn basketball skills, passing, ball handling and game play.

DROP IN FLOOR HOCKEY (13+ YRS)
Learn floor hockey skills, passing, ball handling and game play.

Registered Fitness Programs for Youth and Teens

Youth Wellness (10-12 YRS)
This program provides youth with the knowledge and guidance to comfortably and safely use the YMCA Wellness Centre. A YMCA Wellness Coach will review safe equipment use and help set up a fitness program

• Level 1: Cardio Training
• Level 2: Strength Training
