In addition to our regular adult fitness classes, we offer various workshops each season depending on the needs of our members. Registration is required, which ensures smaller group sizes, and of course encourages accountability on your part! A nominal fee is also required for most of the workshops, as indicated below. FIT CAMP $
This 10 week workshop will help you gain control and develop a healthy active lifestyle, incorporating how to establish good eating habits and progressive, yet FUN, workouts!!!!
HIT CAMP $
This 6 week workshop provides weekly nutritional tips for how to fuel for an intensive workout. It also gives participants a dynamic, energy-filled, motivational and functional workout.
KICK CAMP $
Kick, bob and weave your way into fitness! Join us for some great high energy core, strength and combos.
