Y Kids:

Arts & Crafts:
Being creative with a variety of seasonal and recycled articles and mediums

Skills, Drills and Scrimmage, learning the fundamentals of the sport of Basketball, Soccer & Floor Hockey

Fitness Fun
A combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises encouraging fitness health can be fun and challenging.

Triathlon Club
An intro to Triathlon sport, training on stationary bikes, the track and pool amongst new friends. (Required to swim 25 metres.)

Y Kids Run
Learning to run 5km and the importance of hydration and nutrition.

Little Swimmers: (3-5yrs)
Recreational swim class amongst their playmates. Learn through play. All participants will be wearing a lifejacket throughout the entire program.

Tumblers: (3-5 yrs)
Learning the fundamentals of tumbling, balance and coordination.

Hip Hop (age 3-5 & 6-12)
Popular moves like poppin’, locking, and breaking as well as freestyle movements will be explored for children to enhance their own style.

Taekwondo (age 6+) FEES APPLY
Focusing on the conditioning of the body emphasizing flexibility. Enabling students to learn and develop Taekwondo techniques along with patterns, self-defense and sparring.

Y Girls Run (age 12-15) OPTION TSHIRT $
Learn to run 5km through a balance of cross-training and nutrition.

Youth Leaders (Grades 5+)
An exciting engaging program encouraging youth to embrace the YMCA core values, to learn teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills, as well as learn the importance of civic engagement and service to the community.
