Designed for those who would like to experience yoga through gentle movements and postures. This class is delivered at a slower pace and takes into consideration mobility restrictions. A great class for beginners.
A class designed for those who would like to take part in yoga but are not able to get down on the floor for some of the movements due to physical restrictions. The focus is on posture, deep breathing, stretching and tensing of muscles, lubrication of joints and range of motion.
Zumba Gold is an easy to follow, low impact program that let’s you move to the beat at your own speed.

A fitness class including cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises for older adults as well as younger participants who are looking for a moderately paced workout.
Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in Ontario. It is a combination of tennis, badminton and table tennis. The game is played on a badminton size court with a whiffle ball the size of a tennis ball and with a short handled paddle larger than a ping pong paddle. A volunteer will be available to help teach you the rules of the game.
