In addition to our regular adult fitness classes, we offer various workshops each season depending on the needs of our members. Registration is required, which ensures smaller group sizes, and of course encourages accountability on your part! A nominal fee is also required for most of the workshops, as indicated below. BODY WEIGHT BLAST
This class will show you what exercises can be done in a pinch with no equipment. You will learn how to manipulate your own bodyweight in order to get the best workout possible.
This class begins with an intense cardio workout, incorporating power, coordination and endurance moves. Cardio Kick is an amazing interval workout that combines cardio, basic boxing and modified martial arts kicks. Class will conclude with a relaxing stretch.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
HIIT is an exercise strategy alternating four cycles of short intense work periods with less intense recovery time. This class focuses on strength and cardio based exercises.
