Gravity is a semi-private strength training class program that using the Gravity training Training System. The machine has a glide board that slides back and forth using different incline settings. Instead of weights, you use your body as resistance against gravity. Classes are divided evenly between upper and lower body exercises and there are many variations of squats, lunges and planks to accommodate your needs. This workout has the function for incline plane and gravity resistance for a full body workout kick starting your metabolism and helping you meet your goals.
