Assistant Property Manager Trainee

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Be positive, maintain all matter in confidence, professional, well groomed, and accountable team player
– Seek advice and assistance from the President Debbie Dale and licensed Condominium Property
Managers within the MCRS Team as needed
– Represent MCRS at events, within the community/office in a friendly and professional manner
– Dress in office attire suitable for greeting clients and joining in business meetings
– Checking mail and running errands as needed (mileage log to be maintained)
– Maintain up to date records and all filing to be completed by Noon each Friday
– Acquire quotes for site works in accordance with direction from licensed team members
– Liaise effectively with all trades and clients seeking to build relationships
– Respond to phone messages and email with phone message return same business day and email
message return no later than next business day but preferably same business day
– Front Office reception as needed with flexibility to cover team member office absences
– Open office daily by 9:00 a.m. and check all voice mails for messages then relay messages to appropriate
persons by email with a call regarding any that are or may be of an urgent nature
– Perform site inspections
