Attainable Solutions Inc. is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team.

Bookkeeping & Administrative Duties:

– Biweekly payroll data entry and dirtect deposit
– Administering the required reports and payments for all employee benefits
-Receive and distribute all vendor invoices to the Project Managers for approval
– A/P data entry into Sage 100 Contractor including job costing
– Reconcile monthly A/P
– A/R data entry including but not limited to creating and emailing invoices
– Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
– Enter sales and vendors receipts into Quickbooks
– Enter due to inter-company and shareholder journal entries as required
– Some I.T. support to the office
– Report directly to the CPA at year end
– Keep track of company vehicle and fuel purchases
– Order adn purchase all office supplies as needed
