Building Maintenance Technician

Parry Sound Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and functionality of our facility and grounds.

Job Duties:

• Overall Maintenance & Repair of Building and Lot.
• Drywall Repair & Painting.
• Daily Cleaning & Deep Cleaning.
• Replacement of Lightbulbs.
• Safety Checks – Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting.
• Landscaping / Lot Maintenance.
• Snow Removal.
• Furniture, Equipment and Supplies Setup.
• Minor Repairs to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.
• Additional Duties as Required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Valid Driver’s License and Transportation.
• Ability to Lift Heavy Objects.
• Ability to work well independently and observe all Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Knowledge of General Maintenance Processes and Methods.
• Basic Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems.

Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour

Compensation based on experience.
