DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2021 – 12:00 P.M.

Reporting to the Vice-President Enrolment Management, Indigenous & Student Services, the Campus Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the West Parry Sound Campus and will be accountable for providing planning, development and operational leadership.

The Campus Administrator will be responsible for seamlessly leading the campus’ operation within the context of change and accountability in the development of the College for the ongoing delivery of programs and support services, and the management of direct-line project, programs and ancillary services.


· Three (3) year post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field or a combination of education and experience

· Five (5) years related experience with progressive responsibilities and accountabilities in an operations role combined with proven supervisory/leadership experience in a post-secondary institution is preferred

· Strong supervisory and customer focused background coupled with experience in dealing with conflict resolution and crisis response/management

· Knowledge and experience related to technical and administrative practices, processes and technology and organizing workflow

· Proven customer service and community relations experience

· Demonstrated financial acumen

· Lived experience as an Indigenous person considered an asset


· Provide leadership and direction, and be accountable for effective and efficient campus services

· Collaborate with other College Administrators to develop and manage the activity for campus programs and services including student services, financial aid, learning resources center, information technology, custodial services, employment programs and services, extended classroom, apprenticeship, workforce development and training, continuing education and leases with various provincial and community program manager

· Develop, implement and direct innovative strategies for program and operational issues, manage technical change and prepare office preparation to undertake significant projects

· Collaborate with personnel to continuously improve and revise services with a focus on the future direction of the College

· Ensure the effective and efficient use of human, physical and financial resources, reallocating resources appropriately for the current and future needs of the College

· Ensure adequate staffing and operations run accordingly to approved policies and procedures
