Job description

As a member of our customer service team, you are responsible for answering the phone and greeting clients in person as well as pumping gas, providing retail assistance and taking payments. General shop and grounds maintenance, as well as assistance with moving boats, trailers and assisting in boat/motor repairs are also a big part of the job. Water taxi service to clients may also be required. Candidates must possess good people skills, be helpful and polite and a valid drivers license.

You are a TEAM PLAYER, able to work well with fellow staff members and customers under minimal supervision. You have good written and verbal communication with attention to detail and pride in your work. We are willing to train the right candidate if you are new to the marine industry and Mercury products, however marine repair certification and marine repair experience is an asset. A competitive salary will be based on qualifications and experience. This position is seasonal, full time from April to December.

Contract length: 8 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
