We seek a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects, completing them on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitoring project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment and quality control.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the project team, trade contractors, architects, consultants and our clients
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage project costs effectively.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to maintain alignment on goals and expectations.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related engineering or construction management discipline.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction management.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
