The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Primarily receive Inbound Customer Service Calls.
  • Provide a solution-based approach with each customer interaction including:
  • Sharing facts and features about the clients’ products to ensure the product meets the customer’s needs, such as Cell phones and Smart Home monitoring.
  • Supporting Business class customers who either own their own business and or have a discount through a major company they work for. Sales attempts required on all calls.
  • Thoroughly answering questions and resolving any concerns regarding billing concerns, new account or phone orders, business needs such as Unison, connected home and starting to get into basic cable packages
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:

  • Some sales (any kind) preferred but not required
  • 6 Months Customer Service Required
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
