Your job is to manage your shift which includes scheduling drivers, answering calls, fulfilling pre-booked calls etc.
You are responsible for all calls, time calls, dispatching & monitoring drivers to ensure clients are picked up on time which can include special requests.
We are a busy taxi office, computer based, industry specific programs, GPS monitored
-Stress management during peak times
-Ability to provide accuracy and punctuality using your team
Experience is an asset.
