Frequent day travel required, may include regular overnight travel
HOURLY RATE:
Minimum $24.51 to maximum $31.29 per hour; Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Our professional team helps more than 11,000 individuals in North Bay, Nipissing, Muskoka, Parry Sound, Timmins, and Northern Ontario each year. We provide quality clinical, navigation and professional support in the areas of autism, behavioural, developmental, mental health, and rehabilitative services.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The DSO Information Management Lead acts as the point of contact between Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) agencies and the Ministry to provide business decision support and manage the provision and maintenance of user access to the client information system.
Key responsibilities include: extracting and analyzing data and providing reports to support business decisions; verifying and ensuring security relating to access to the client information system; and, identifying training needs and creating and implementing appropriate education.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management or a related field
- Three (3) years direct experience or five (5) years related experience
- Knowledge of network operating systems and equipment, multiple versions of Microsoft Office products and video conferencing equipment
- Knowledge of administrative/office procedures and the ability to operate standard office equipment
- Previous experience with Health Care Management Information Systems would be considered an asset
- Database development skills (i.e., FileMaker, Access) an asset
- Ability to provide training related to research, evaluation, design and methodology such as training in overview of evaluation, interviewing techniques and surveying methods
- Ability to conduct information presentations to local agencies and organizations across the province
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to contribute and lead in the culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events for clients and their families/caregivers, colleagues, other community members and yourself
- Demonstrate ability and commitment to maintain confidentiality
- Successful applicants will be required to provide:
o proof of eligibility to work in Canada
o a valid Ontario driver’s licence and use of a reliable motor vehicle; insurability on
Agency vehicle insurance policy
o clear Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search
- Preference will be given to bilingual (French/English) candidates
