Front Desk Agents provide our guests with their first impression of Severn Lodge. Job duties include checking guests in and out, providing information about the resort and surrounding area, answering telephone inquiries and taking reservations, and servicing guests in the gift shop.  Housing and meals are available at the resort.

Applicant must be reliable and able to learn and memorize information regarding resort facilities and rates. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, well groomed, and have a friendly and outgoing personality.  Prior experience is helpful but not necessary.
