Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Handle general site preparation, clean-up, and organization.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide support to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
