Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests, by being a passionate team leader and role model to team members.
As a team leader you will ensure the highest standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are always a top priority.
Some of your responsibilities would include but are not limited to scheduling, training new team members, staffing, hiring. Inventory and ordering.
Controlling food & labor costs. Keeping accurate records of cash and deposits. Maintaining a safe work environment following all health and safety protocols.
Flexible hours 7 days a week, and Holidays.
Valid Drivers License and Vehicle is required.
3-5 Year experience
Natural leader who has experience meeting deadlines and is results driven.
Have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks.
Resolve Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues.
Participate in the recruitment process.
Train new Team Members.
Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example.
