Full job description

Duties:
– Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
– Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
– Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
– Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
