A successful applicant is somewhat mechanically inclined, equipment savvy, and will embrace the family atmosphere we promote with both staff and clients. Applicant will assist in the summerizing process by unwrapping, moving and cleaning boats, Assist in the winterization process by moving, cleaning and shrink wrapping boats. Accept direction from supervisors on efficient scheduling of boat movement. Maintain a clean and welcoming location including some yard and dock maintenance, general picking up of trash, stowing tools and equipment when not in use. We use a forklift, tractor, trailers to safely and efficiently move boats on property, the right applicant will operate this equipment within their abilities. On occasion will assist on the fuel dock, or on water with vessel recoveries and towing. Drivers license and experience with towing and launching boats a definite asset as we also offer boat rentals including delivery and pick up. On water Boat handling experience also a huge asset. On site training will be provided for specific equipment used here at the marina.
