Enthusiastic worker being sought at a growing smoked trout facility at the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airport business park. Although customer service and cash register/terminal operation will be the primary role, some fish processing, packaging and online-order boxing will be required. This position involves some retail store maintenance such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping. Applicants with safe food handling training are preferred. Own transportation is required. Seasonal position begins approximately May 02 as part-time (15-20 hrs/week), full time (35-40 hrs/week) as of June 1st. 8 hour shifts will be mostly Tuesdays to Saturdays; sometimes Mondays to Fridays; no work on Sundays or Holidays. Experience is a plus. Transition to a year-round job is possible.

The successful candidate will be a Food-lover, enjoy what they do, be a bit of a neat freak yet fun to be around. The applicant should be comfortable with working independently. We are a small, family business with a reputation for high quality that is dependent on helping each other with the changing demands of the day. We try to keep the work environment fun with banter and good music, but a big piece of that energy will come from you!
