Responsibilities

Lead Roastery staff (8-10 people), providing inspiration and motivation to maximize productivity and personal growth for each individual.
Manage operations cost centre budgets.
Lead annual capital investment programs as part of annual operating plan.
Lead strategic plan capital investment projects to develop roadmap to support business growth.
Continuously improve operating processes through analysis and optimization programs.
Lead all aspects of supply chain management including long term planning, volume forecasting, ERP and production scheduling.
Maximize efficiency while delivering stretching customer service targets by managing to clear inventory targets.
Lead procurement to minimize working capital while capturing scale buying opportunities.
Lead all aspects of logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications

Graduate with a degree or diploma from a post secondary institution.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Logical thinker with good common sense and an ability to solve problems independently.
A self-starter who owns personal objectives and takes initiative with an internally driven commitment to excellence.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Expert level ability with data, models and software systems.
Adaptable, with an ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with multiple simultaneous tasks/projects.
Strong team player
Valid drivers license
