Supporting Seniors at home and providing the best quality of life for those who are aging or living with disabilities is our focus at The Friends. And we need more people to deliver this support. Did you know there is a role called: Homemaker? This is an in-home support attendant who helps to make everyday life easier for vulnerable people. It can be a casual way to earn some extra money or it can be your first step to a professional career in healthcare. We have employed people who have worked their way through the field and have ended up as registered nurses and even physicians. You may be able to access full funding to certification leading to PSW and beyond. If you are interested in making a difference, please reach out to us.
