PARTS – SERVICE – SALES Customer Coordinator Assistant

Position Description:

For a Progressive Powersports Dealership – Immediate Opening

Duties:

– Answering Busy Phones and Assisting Customers by Phone
– Looking up Parts on Diagrams
– Cashing out customers.
– Able to Multi-Task in a fast paced store.
– Paperwork, form filling and data entry
– Any Accounting experience an asset
– Learn new systems with ease
– Helping out in all areas of Store where needed
– Resourceful and able to troubleshoot with Coworkers & Customers
– Taking appointments for Service
– Occasionally Advising Customers regarding Service & Maintenance
– Liaison between Customers & Technicians if needed
– Schedule Service Jobs & Technicians
– Constant Contact and Follow up with Customers by Phone & Email
– Creating & Maintaining seasonally appropriate Displays in Store

Applicant Requirements:

– Parts and or Service Department Experience an Asset
– Retail Experience a Definite Asset
– Strong Computer Skills
– Excellent Customer Service Skills & Experience
– Able to be Resourceful
– Outgoing Personality
– Work well in a fast paced Environment
– Physically Fit
– Clean Drivers License
– Ability to tow Boats, Watercrafts, and ATV’s a very favourable Skill to have
