Production Workers — 4

Position Description:
The Production Worker provides on-site support for the sanitation, harvesting, trimming, packaging, and
cultivation teams and completes tasks assigned by the Master Grower, Alternate Master Grower and
General Manager to ensure the visual aesthetics and high quality of Muskoka Grown products. The
Production Worker carries out day-to-day tasks including cleaning, cutting, trimming, racking, drying, and
packaging. Excellent personal hygiene, workspace cleanliness, quality control measures and other tasks as
assigned to ensure high quality products must be maintained at all times.
Key Accountability Includes:
Sanitation of harvesting equipment, supplies, and processing areas.
Harvest, process, dry and package cannabis plants.
Able to communicate effectively in fast paced, loud environments.
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with Health Canada
and other regulatory bodies.
Able to work flexible shift hours with the open availability to change.
Other duties as assigned by manager or key leaders.
Physical Demand Requirements:
Able to stand and sit for an extended period of time
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Able to work in loud environments for an extended period of time.
Able to work in bright, warm, humid environments for an extended period of time.
Comfortable working at heights.
Frequent to continuous need for manual dexterity of both hands (handling, gripping, fine finger controls,
Comfortable wearing respirator when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience within the Cannabis/Horticulture industry is an asset.
Two years of experience in general production, preferably a regulated industry producing for human
consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the
ability to perform the above-described duties.
Utilize cleaning agents and sanitation tools to sanitize interior/exterior production
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma.
Knowledge of the ACMPR and Cannabis Act regulations is an asset.
