Come be part of our story! CSN Buchan’s in the beautiful lake town of Parry Sound, Ontario. We are looking for a well rounded Refinish Technician (Prepper) who wants to learn, advance and is comfortable working in the fast lane.

What does it take to work for CSN LIFT?

• Registered Apprenticeship is a huge asset
• Previous experience working in an autobody shop
• Basic knowledge of prepping/painting
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles and vehicle parts for painting
• Masking and sanding of vehicles and parts prior to painting
• Buffing, wet sanding and polishing of painted vehicles
• General shop clean up

There will be occasions when you will be tasked with other duties outside of your initial scope. Being able to exercise initiative and show flexibility is integral to this role. Further, time permitting and as you acquire knowledge, additional, ongoing responsibilities will be allocated to you.
