Answer sales calls and monitor phone messages
Create quotes, email quotes
Service walk in customers
Basic Auto cad dock Layout and design
Provide direct contact with customer
Provide product knowledge
Qualify Customers
Scheduling Support
Complete Job Master forms
Input jobs to QuickBooks and create work orders
Provide maps to property
Relay expected delivery date to customers
Provide Illustrated dock layout and design
Request quotes and scheduling freight deliveries
Process customer payment information
Marketing Support

Cold calls
Provide service to new and existing dealers
Support current marketing objectives
Attend occasional events and trade shows during evenings and weekends
Data Entry

Maintenance QuickBooks inventory
Input new part numbers and descriptions as provided
Provide inventory management support ( Identify inventory reporting issues and resolve)
Qualifications

Computer literate (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
Strong organizational/analytical skills with clear oral and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Work Conditions

Weekend and evening work may be required to meet the demands of the position.
Laptop and mobile phone will be provided
Typical work week Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
