SALES ASSISTANT 

Gordon Bay Marine Ltd. is looking to add a Seasonal Sales Assistant to our team. The Sales Assistant position will be Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm. This person will be responsible for assisting the Sales team with the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone & take messages
  • File contracts
  • Provide history of purchase/details to clients and their associated insurance companies.
  • Complete Pleasure Craft Licensing
  • Complete Licensing at Service Ontario
  • Warranty Register delivered units
  • Keep work area organized and office supplies stocked
  • Source, categorize and resize images and add to stock units
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
