This is a seasonal full-time position starting in April and ending in October and is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for the next great Senior Lawn Care worker to join our successful team. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for supervising Technicians as well as providing professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers,
As a Senior Technician of Weed Man you will:
Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to: fertilization, weed control, core aeration, etc.
Assist the owners with supervising technicians, with planning and staff meetings
Provide lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
Maintain a professional personal appearance
Provide assistance in equipment repairs
Work independently as part of a team

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
Valid Landscape Exterminator license
Able to supervise Technicians
Previous industry experience
Valid driver’s license and able to get to Tay Township daily for work
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-12) hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-12) hours per day
