Food and Beverage Serving Skills
• Provide customer service
• Advise on menu selections
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff

• Present bills to customers and accept payment

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Knowledge of POS is an asset
Line Cook
Job Responsibilities
· Complete in a timely manner all tasks delegated from the Chef.
· Complete all work related tasks and duties required to successfully execute menu item production.
· Work in a fast, safe and efficient manner especially during service times
· Comply with kitchen manuals, recipe and prep sheets, daily work sheets, kitchen procedures, cleaning
schedules and all other duties required to successfully execute daily routines in an efficient kitchen.
· Maintain all food items at the approved temperature to prevent contamination or health risks.
· Communicate professionally and directly with the cooks, food and beverage team
