Position Description:
– Coordinate and dispatch service technicians
– Schedule service calls via phone and email
– Accounts receivables and invoicing
– Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
– Order parts and materials
– Track parts and material
Level of Education Required:
. High School or GED
. College level business programs or associated applicable experience
. Skilled trade or mechanical knowledge considered an asset
Level of Experience Required:
. Minimum 2 years as service dispatcher/coordinator
. Attention to paperwork details
. Able to work with computer software (Microsoft Office)
. Highly organized
. Impeccable attention to detail
. Team oriented individual
Additional Skills or Certification Required:
. Fork Truck Operators License (not mandatory-will provide training)
