Full Job Description

The HART Company is currently looking for a Store Manager for the branch located on Parry Sound in Ontario.

You finally have the chance to manage a store and build your team.

We are looking for your talent and we consider your experience when we determine the annual salary.

  • Build a work team by recruiting and training them
  • Plan and direct all store activities.
  • Ensure that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive management of activities on the sales floor.
  • Commit to promoting a positive corporate image to attract and retain customers.


  • Completion of a DES
  • 2 years experience in a similar management position.
  • Have a very good knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Good knowledge of marketing.
  • Ability to manage pressure.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate staff.
  • Focus on Health and Safety.

  • 40H per week, available on week-ends and evenings.
