Parry Sound Animal Hospital is actively looking to add a full time veterinary receptionist to our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic & friendly animal lover to be the first point of communication to our clients and their pets.
This position entails a large range of expected duties including:
Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, relaying messages to appropriate veterinarians/ staff members, filling prescriptions, balancing the till at the end of the day, sending out reminders.
Our receptionists also have other clinic responsibilities such as general cleaning of the clinic, sweeping and mopping floors, and snow shoveling in the winter.
Starting date is flexible but we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (Every other Thursday off) and every other Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. The clinic is closed on Sunday.
Experience is always an asset but not necessary for the right candidate. If interested please -email your resume.
