Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Door worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers are able to locate and have their purchased products loaded quickly and efficiently.
Duties
– Greet customers and understand what building products they have purchased.
– Learn the yard and warehouse locations where we store the various products.
– Load purchased products into our customer’s vehicles or trailers
– Coordinate with our Sales team to ensure the accuracy of product inventory
– Assist with preparing products to be shipped to customers by our fleet trucks.
– Collaborate with various departments and management to resolve customer issues and escalations
Requirements
– Ability to lift 50lbs is required
– Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving processes
– Familiarity with building products
– Basic math skills is an asset
– Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
– Experience in warehouse distribution is beneficial
– Fork lift and pallet mover experience is an asset
