At every age and stage, We’re With You. At the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka, your membership allows you complete access to our 8 health and fitness centres across Simcoe, Muskoka and Parry Sound.

  • Meet with a YMCA wellness coach to get a full orientation of the fitness equipment and program exercises.
  • Access unlimited group fitness classes. Classes vary by location but include Group Power, yoga, aquafit, Zumba, cycle and more!
  • Swim lessons are included in your membership! From beginner to advanced, you and your child can gain confidence in the water in a fun and engaging environment!
  • The YMCAs fitness centres offer the best in cardio and fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, barbells, weights and strength machines.
  • The YMCA offers programming specifically designed for preschool and youth to keep them active, engaged and having fun!
