Leadership begins with you. Increase your understanding of self and the impact it has on others as you learn your personal strengths and the extent to which they can contribute to a team and the goals of your organization. Learn boundaries to manage stress and how to apply tools and concepts of communication that can improve processes of teamwork and the implementation of solutions to everyday problems.

Level 2: Dynamic Leadership

Increase your knowledge of the impact you have in dynamic situations. During this program, you will gain a deeper understanding of self and the extent to which you can manage change and the constant shifting demands within the workplace. You will be provided with a variety of models and frameworks to help you examine the part you play in conflicts and in establishing social and leadership collateral within your organization.

Level 3: Legacy Leadership

Maturity of leadership arrives when you can prioritize the development of others and that of the organization. Increase your innovative thinking skills and improve your performance in unstructured situations in this generative and thought provoking course. Develop a better understanding of how the decisions you make today have a significant influence on the next generation in your role and the impact your organization can have in the future. This program will build on the foundation of levels one and two to enable you to be an intentional and innovative visionary as your organization evolves.
