Fitness For Health (Collingwood & Area)
This is a 6-week program ideal for those living with chronic conditions, who are looking to improve their overall health and quality of life.
Fitness For Health requires participants to make a commitment to participate in the program which runs two times per week. Individuals can expect to receive guidance on how to use a variety of fitness equipment in the Conditioning Room, as well as support and encouragement with goal setting.
