A YMCA personal trainer will get you started and help provide motivation to keep you on track with your personal fitness goals in your exercise class, the wellness centre or the pool.
Sessions are purchased in 1 hour increments but can be broken down to fit your needs.

3 Sessions – $135.00
5 Sessions – $200.00
10 Sessions – $350.00
20 Sessions – $550.00
Non-Member Rate: $60.00/session + day pass

HST is additional to all personal training sessions and packages. All packages must be used within six months of purchase date. 24 hours notice is required for session cancellations. Prices are subject to change.
