Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program

Strong communities include strong kids and at the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka we believe every child should have a chance to participate in physical activity. Canadian Tire Jumpstart shares this belief.

Removing financial barriers & providing opportunities for kids

Canadian Tire Jumpstart provides financial assistance to help kids participate in organized sport and recreation such as hockey, dance, soccer, swimming, etc. National in scope, but local in focus, Canadian Tire Jumpstart works through a network of community partners committed to helping kids get active.

Simcoe Muskoka Families looking to apply for Canadian Tire Jumpstart funding can reach Cathy Mills by phone at We Are The Villagers: 1-855-528-5252 or by email at: cathy@wearethevillagers.com for assistance. Cathy has close to 16 years of experience working within the Simcoe Muskoka region supporting families and connecting with local organizations to give children the opportunity to participate in sport and recreation when they otherwise would not have had the funds to do so.
