About us
The Ridge at Manitou Golf course is located a short drive outside Parry Sound. In our kitchen, we celebrate Northen Ontario’s bounty with a menu that showcases seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and waters. Our chefs craft each dish with care, offering a fusion of flavors that range from hearty classics to innovative creations. Whether you’re craving a leisurely lrunch after a morning on the course or a refined dinner as the sun sets over the greens, every meal is a testament to culinary excellence.
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while adhering to food safety guidelines.
Duties include:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
– Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
– Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
– Monitor food stock, and organization of storage areas
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
– Proven experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role
– Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
– Understanding of food safety practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
