The Collingwood YMCA Children’s Treatment Network

In the spring of 2009 the Collingwood YMCA was proud to officially launch a Children’s Treatment Network local team site based out of their facility. Service providers from many different agencies are welcome to use the site to provide service to children. CTN has partnered with local agencies to offer educational opportunities for parents.

The Three Key Goals of the Children’s Treatment Network

  1. Provide parents and professionals with a single point of access to all the services available across the Network.
  1. Link service providers from many agencies together so they can take a single plan of care team approach to each child’s care. This is accomplished by using collaborative practice and a shared electronic record.
  1. Expand and enhance services and supports already being provided by Network partners and address service gaps through additional funding for rehabilitation and specialty services.
