Over the past few months the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka has been working hard to determine a new five year strategic plan that will help take your Y in the direction that will best serve the communities where we live, work and play. To do so, board members such as Anna Cheaney have been researching current issues and areas of improvement by asking staff, volunteers, donors, members and non members for valuable feedback.
