Lawn Care Worker

This is a seasonal, full-time position starting in April and ending in October and is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

Must be flexible to work Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturday mornings.

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for the next great Lawn Care Worker to join our successful team. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for providing professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers, while always maintaining top quality customer service.

As an associate of Weed Man you will:
Provide basic lawn care services such as but not limited to fertilization, weed control, core aeration, etc.
Provide lawn analysis and quotes to potential customers
Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn
Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
Maintain a professional personal appearance
Provide assistance in equipment repairs
Work independently as part of a team

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
Professional Appearance
Valid driver’s license and able to get to Tay Township daily for work
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-12) hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-12) hours per day
Previous industry experience is an asset but is not required
