We have an immediate need for Team Members in our Assembly and Production Departments. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Operations team. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

Primary Responsibilities:
Learn to handle optics, read blueprints, and use measuring equipment
Assemble products according to provided specifications
Utilize calibrated equipment as part of the manufacturing process
Follow work flow instructions from Supervision/Group Leads
Use good visual acuity to identify imperfections in parts or assemblies
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform basic data entry and computer work
Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and work shiftwork
Good verbal and written communications skills
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
Ability to understand technical problems and make sound decisions
Familiarity with the metric system
Motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude

The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal reference check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.
