Notice of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the YMCA, the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 will be held as follows: 

Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Barrie Country Club (635 St. Vincent Street North, Barrie).

Annual General Meeting Agenda items will include: 

• Approval of minutes from the November 10, 2021 AGM
• Receive the report of the Auditors and the Audited Financial Statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022
• Appointment of Auditors for the next fiscal year
• Nomination of Directors
