Our Aquatics Programs
Aquafit: Improve your range of motion and cardiovascular health! This combination aerobic and muscle conditioning class takes place in the shallow and deep water. Flotation belts will be used for the deep water portion of the class. (Hydro fit dumbbells may be used.)
Aqua Running – Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking for some “off-road” training, water running is great low impact/high resistance activity.
Aqua Walk Jog – Aquatic jogging provides you with the opportunity to walk or jog in the water while avoiding the impact incurred from walking or jogging on land. Strengthen and tone your muscles and enjoy the benefits of jogging in the water. Aquatic jogging is especially beneficial for those who have joint pain, or who are recovering from an injury or who are pregnant.
Aqua Bootcamp – A boot camp style class plus water equaling a total body tune up! This class will challenge you in an interactive military style workout incorporating circuit style cardio and strength training intervals.
Aqua Core – Resistance training using core stabilization has never been more refreshing. The water is the perfect place for improving dynamic balance, strength, agility and coordination. Learn to use training intensity, alignment, muscle involvement and muscle integration in this efficient total body workout.
Aqua Yoga – Aqua yoga is a unique series of exercises that combines the therapeutic and buoyant nature of water with the energizing and harmonizing effect of yoga. Many aqua yoga exercise are classical yoga postures adapted to water.
Aqua Gentle Fit – Strengthen and stretch in this shallow water workout. This program is great for rehabilitation and strengthening. This class moves at a slower pace.
Aqua Stretch– Aqua Stretch is helps restores mobility, decreases pain, increases exercise training efficiency, improves sports performance and improves general well-being. Using buoyancy and weighted resistance to produce outstanding results from athletic performance.
Aqua Zumba – Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
A chance to have fun together as a family while being physically active during this all-ages swim in the leisure pool. Please ensure you read and understand our Swim Supervision Policy.
Improve your fitness by swimming laps during lane swim. Pick a lane that fits your level – slow, medium and fast. Lane swimming only during these windows of time.

This clinic is designed for athletes looking to complete their first Sprint, Olympic distance triathlon or improve on past performance. Participants will have an opportunity to train with a group of people in the pool, on indoor cycles and running inside and outside.
